Celebrity Chef Tito Dudley is passionate about teaching others how to live healthy lifestyles through organic and clean diets, supplements, and safe exercise. For Tito, the best thing he can do is inform everyone he comes across about the many benefits of clean living. And contrary to other people out there, Tito does not believe in dieting. Instead, he believes in living a healthier lifestyle. And that entails making sure to incorporate whole foods, plant-based foods, a substantial amount of animal protein, a minimal amount of dairy, and staying away from highly processed foods.
Tito’s passion for this did not come about randomly. In fact, the story is one for the books. When he was fifteen years old, Tito woke up one morning to discover a lump on his neck. Sensing that it was a cause for alarm, he and his mother raced to see a physician. It was there that he received some dreadful news. He had Hodgkin’s Disease, which is a form of lymph node cancer.
This diagnosis was initially hard to swallow and for a good reason. No one, and especially not a teenager, ever wants to hear this type of news. Still, he knew that he would make it through because he had God and his family on his side. The diagnosis then gave him the determination to change his lifestyle by making healthy choices.
Tito now had biweekly chemo treatments, and throughout this, he changed the way he exercised and began to educate himself on proper nutrition. He also began seeing a nutritionist who introduced him to natural supplements that aided his body in healing. He dedicated himself to this lifestyle change and never wavered. And lo and behold, six months after the initial diagnosis, he was declared cancer-free!
But he never changed his lifestyle. He was still dedicated to eating healthy, exercising, and taking natural supplements. This was how he got started with his bodybuilding journey.
Eventually, with his enthusiasm for eating and living healthy, he veered into becoming a natural food chef. He went to the Natural Gourmet School in New York, and he has since incorporated his knowledge and creativity into the lives of his clients, as well as his friends and family.
Now his passions include spending time in the kitchen and coming up with new dishes that are both healthy and delicious. As a chef, he only wants what’s best for his clients. And with that, he provides dietary ebooks specific to one’s needs because his ultimate goal is for visitors to become skillful eaters.
